2 cups Bisquick. baking mix

2/3 cup milk

1/2 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded

1/4 cup margarine or butter -- melted

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

 

Preheat oven to 450. Mix baking mix, milk and cheese until soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min. or until golden brown. Mix margarine and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. Makes 10-12 biscuits.

2 cups Buttermilk baking mix

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4 cup butter

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

2/3 cup Milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine buttermilk baking mix, milk and cheese. Mix with wooden spoon, until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by heaping Tbsp full onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

 

Combine melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

2 cups flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 teaspoons baking powder

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

1/2 cup shortening

2/3 cup milk

8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

 

Preheat oven to 450. Stir dry ingredients together and cut in shortening. Stir in milk just until dough cleans the bowl. Stir in cheese. Melt 1 stick margarine, 1 tsp garlic (finely minced) and 1/4 c. minced parsley in 9 x 13 pan. Form dough into biscuit size balls. Drop into melted mixture and turn to coat. Bake at 450 for 10-12 min. until golden.
